My Story
When I transitioned into running online businesses, I was early to the game.
There was no TikTok. No Instagram stars. No slick all‑in‑one software platforms. Creating high‑quality digital products was genuinely hard unless you had the resources of a company like Netflix.
What I started to notice early on was troubling.
Almost everyone was in the business of selling how to grow a business—without actually running a real online business themselves. The industry was flooded with expensive “make money online” courses selling a dream, not substance.
Meanwhile, the few people quietly succeeding online were doing something very different. They were building real businesses in real niches—teaching guitar, gardening, fitness for people over 40, gut health, practical skills. They weren’t loud. They weren’t flashy. But they were creating value people were willing to pay for. This was the space I wanted to play in.
It became clear to me that most people weren’t failing because they weren’t capable. They were failing because they were being told things that simply weren’t true.
Why most advice doesn’t work
The biggest problem with online business advice is that it lacks nuance.
Most gurus teach a single formula—their formula—often based on what worked years ago, in very different markets. That advice rarely holds up in real B2C businesses where customers have choice, skepticism, and short attention spans.
Online businesses don’t fail because people don’t work hard enough. They fail because strategy is treated like a template instead of a thinking process.
Why my perspective is different
I’ve been in business a long time.
I’ve tried many things. I’ve failed at plenty. I’ve also had real success. Experience matters—not just because it makes you smarter, but because it teaches you what doesn’t work.
Today, I operate a well-established, very profitable membership business serving thousands of members in over 20 different countries. It’s financially stable, it’s long term ( we’re in business since 2017) retention-driven, and built to last—without hype, fake urgency tactics, or bloated infrastructure.
The business serves people with mobility challenges due to conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Stroke, and other neurological or physical limitations. It’s a real B2C business, serving a demanding audience that requires trust, retention, and ongoing value—not hype.
My business partner is the clinical and subject‑matter expert who creates the programming and content. I’m responsible for the operations: strategy, offers, systems, retention, pricing, growth, and decision‑making.
I actively test what’s working now, not what worked five or ten years ago. I see firsthand what keeps customers engaged, what causes churn, and what actually supports long‑term growth.
I also don’t rely on consulting for my income, which means I’m selective. I respect what it takes to build a business, and I don’t believe people should drain $10–20k on a guru only to be left with limited resources for marketing, testing, and growth.
I’m not loud. I’m not famous. I’m more introverted than promotional.
But that’s exactly why people come to me.
They want access to clear thinking—not a stage show.
Because consulting isn’t my primary source of income, I’m able to be selective, honest, and focused on long-term outcomes rather than selling more consulting.
“I don’t need your money—and I respect yours.”
Who I choose to work with
I work with a small number of business owners who want clarity, sustainability, and honest guidance—without breaking the bank or selling their soul.
People who want a business that fits their life, personality, and values.
That’s the work I care about.
 Values
- Substance over hype
- Strategy over noise
- Sustainability over speed
- Calm over chaos
- People over ego
 Let’s keep it simple
I don’t promise overnight success.
I help you think clearly, operate strategically, and build something that lasts.
